Kathy has served as a classroom teacher and in administrative roles including coordinator, Principal and Executive Director. Her experience during the past thirty years has focused on strong program design and implementation, building inclusive school culture, empowering teacher leaders, change management, and leading data-driven processes. Kathy enjoys supporting educators wherever they are in their professional journey.

Camilla has been working in education for the past 15 years as a school founder and Director. She has extensive experience working with Boards, and strategically designing sustainable policies, communication plans, family engagement efforts, and more.
